The Origin Story of Entarma
Entarma begins in a space that already exists.
It is a warm, caring, and attentive space that asks nothing more of you than your presence. You arrive as you are, and you are welcomed as such. Together, attention rests on the space we share - on what is alive, here, now.
In this space, self-discovery arises naturally from being allowed to exist honestly. Evolution is trusted. Doing the right thing needs no further justification.
This is what Entarma exists to create the conditions for.
My name is Tarmo Uukkivi. I am the founder of Entarma, and this is my practice.
I have spent the better part of two decades inside organisations - as a leader, a designer of structure, and eventually as someone who needed structure to hold me when everything else gave way. I know what it costs when governance is built for control rather than coherence. I have lived on both sides of that wall.
The Methodology - The roots we grow from
The work we do - together - is rooted in appreciative inquiry - a discipline that begins not with what is broken, but with what is already working. It asks: what gives this system life? What do we want more of? What is already pointing toward where we need to go?
From that starting point, structure becomes enabling rather than constraining. Design becomes collaborative rather than imposed. Change becomes something the organisation does with itself, not something done to it from outside.
I call this working from the inside out.
Entarma exists to make that possible.
