The Entarma Encounter is a structured 90-minute conversation, voice recorded with your knowledge and consent, guided by a carefully developed set of open-ended questions rooted in Entarma's core values and working philosophy.
The questions are designed not to test you — but to invite you to think aloud. About how your organisation actually functions. How you lead. How you respond to uncertainty. What you are genuinely hoping becomes possible.
You will not be asked to pitch your organisation or defend its current state. You will be asked to be honest about it.
The conversation moves at the pace of genuine inquiry. There are no right answers. There is only what is true.
And it is genuinely mutual. This conversation is as much your opportunity to evaluate whether Entarma's approach is right for your organisation as it is Entarma's opportunity to assess readiness and fit.
