Description

The Entarma Alignment & Readiness Assessment is a paid, structured interview designed to determine mutual fit before any deeper engagement begins.

This is not a discovery call. It is not a sales conversation. It is a deliberate assessment for serious leaders who are ready for structure that sustains their freedom to create.

The process consists of a recorded 90-minute interview, guided by a fixed question framework, with space for follow-up where clarity is needed. Leaders are invited to tell their story, describe real situations they have faced, and reflect on tensions they may sense but have not yet named. Questions are explored from multiple angles to surface patterns, assumptions, and alignment — both internal and external.

Even if no further work proceeds, leaders leave with clear insight into what they are building, why they are building it, and where structure would genuinely help rather than constrain. For Entarma, the assessment protects quality, capacity, and philosophical alignment.

Duration: 90 minutes (plus brief setup)

Fee: $1,000 CAD

Outcome: Proceed together, pause intentionally, or part ways with insight retained
